What this site collects, why, where it goes, and how to have it deleted.
This describes what azureiam.com actually does. It is written against the code that runs the site, not copied from a template.

What the contact form collects
The contact form on the contact page asks for your name, work email, phone number, organization, which identity platform you are running today, and a description of what you are trying to do. Only the fields shown on the form are recorded. Anything else posted to the endpoint is discarded rather than stored.
Alongside those fields, the site records the IP address the request came from, taken from the CF-Connecting-IP header that Cloudflare sets, and a short source value indicating where the submission originated. The IP address is kept for abuse and spam investigation. It is not used to profile you and it is not shared.
Submissions are written to a Cloudflare D1 database, which is Cloudflare's hosted SQLite service. The database is private to us and is not readable from the public site.
What we do with it
We use it to answer your inquiry and to carry on the conversation you started. If that turns into an engagement, the same details become the contact record for that engagement.
We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to advertising networks or data brokers. There is no newsletter list and no marketing automation behind this form.
When a submission arrives, the site may also send a notification email to our own address containing the fields you submitted, so that a person sees it rather than a database row nobody checks. That email goes only to Azure IAM, LLC.
Bot protection
The form may be protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. When it is active, Turnstile loads a script from challenges.cloudflare.com and the resulting token is verified against Cloudflare before the submission is accepted. Turnstile is designed not to require a cookie or a puzzle for most visitors.
Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics may load a beacon from static.cloudflareinsights.com on pages served through Cloudflare's proxy. It reports aggregate page view and performance data. It does not use cookies and it does not fingerprint or track individual visitors across sites.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and how they found the site. The measurement script loads from googletagmanager.com and reports to Google Analytics endpoints. Google may set cookies for this purpose. IP anonymization is applied by Google Analytics 4 by default, and the data is used only to understand site usage, never for advertising or retargeting.
There are no third-party embeds anywhere on the site. The demonstration video is linked out to YouTube rather than embedded, so YouTube sets no cookies and receives no data about you unless you click the link and go there yourself. The site's Content Security Policy blocks framed third-party content outright.
Cookies
This site has no login for visitors, no shopping cart, no preference storage, and no advertising or retargeting pixels. Google Analytics sets its _ga measurement cookies to distinguish returning visitors, as described in the Analytics section above. Cloudflare's network may set operational cookies for security and bot management on proxied traffic.
How long we keep it
Contact submissions are retained while they are commercially relevant, meaning for as long as there is a live conversation, an active engagement, or a reasonable prospect of one, and afterwards for our own record keeping. We do not keep them indefinitely for no reason.
Getting your data deleted
Email info@azureiam.com and ask. Tell us the email address you used so we can find the record. We will delete the submission and confirm that it is gone. You can also ask for a copy of what was stored, or ask us to correct it.
You do not have to give a reason and there is no form to fill in.
Security
Submissions travel over HTTPS. HTTP Strict Transport Security is enforced, and the site sends a restrictive Content Security Policy along with standard protective headers on every response. The database is not publicly reachable. The administrative view of submissions is password protected and returns 401 without credentials.
We do not store credentials, configuration exports, or client system data on this website. Migration work happens under a separate agreement, and the handling of your MIM configuration is governed by that agreement rather than by this page.
Children
This is a business to business consulting site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes to what is collected will be reflected here in the same change that makes them.
